What locations do you ship to?
Our company offers free worldwide shipping on every order, allowing us to package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe. However, the transit time may vary depending on the location.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
The shipping time varies by location, and we provide the following estimates:

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. However, please note that additional delays may arise beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. We kindly request your patience and understanding.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more information on when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
